In the early morning hours E18 & R18 were assigned on the first alarm to a residential structure fire. Upon their arrival they found DC3 on scene with a doublewide mobile home 25% involved. E18 was assigned to extend an attack line into the alpha division for fire extinguishment. R18 assigned to perform a primary search. With the assistance of other incoming units the fire was held to 25% involvement. R18 search proved negative for victims; although 1 adult dog and 6 puppies did succumb to smoke inhalation.  

The fire is under investigation by Florida State Fire Marshal.
