Mon. Mar 1st 2010 Well, Gentlemen, it seems that despite our vigorous pleadings, Mustache March is again underway. We laughed the first year and we quietly tolerated it the second year. You will not be so lucky this year.
We are armed with shaving cream and fresh razors. Vengeance is ours.
Signed, - The W.A.S. (Wives Against 'Staches)

Mon. Jun 29th 2009 You guys do a great job. My father, Tommy Lawrence, was a long standing member of Station 6. Being the captain of the station when it was still volunteer and a career man in Lake County, I didn't get to see him much. But, I really appreciate everything you guys do. I remember coming to the station and especially Station 27 when I was a kid. You guys and your station will always have a place in my memories. Its really awesome to see you guys be so enthusiastic about your job and your lifestyle. But, it runs in the blood, because even after leaving Florida and Firefighting behind I had to continue the career. Its a family business. Be safe guys. - James Lawrence
